CWS, China Water Show for Water Supply, Drainage and Water Treatment, organized by Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences and Shanghai ZM International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and IFAT CHINA, organized by Messe München International (MMI), are planning a joint event in 2010 – CWS. As part of this cooperation, there are also new joint dates; CWS will take place from 5 to 7 May 2010 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

IFAT is the top environmental protection show in the world but also acts as the flagship show for the environmental protection industry; as one of the excellent national brands, CWS is largest Water Industry exhibition in China with most participants. Water treatment is one of the most important parts of environmental Protection field and also important parts of IFAT CHINA exhibition. After the New Alliance, Exhibitors and visitors will find a wide range of innovative, application-specific products and services, and meet important representatives from the industry, all in one place, at one time – in a compact, efficient forum.

Exhibitors from the Water Treatment will occupy 80% of the total exhibitors and prime location of the exhibition halls. The joint event will gather all global top brands in the field; display all complete solutions of water treatment and acts as the flagship show for the water industry.

With the theme of “Global Environment Solutions”, opening the same week as World Expo Shanghai 2010 and being the leading environmental show in Asia, CWS 2010 will create infinite business opportunities.

CWS

CWS, organized by Shanghai ZM International Exhibition Co., Ltd etc., was debuted in April, 2000. After 10 years’ effort, and now, CWS has become the largest Water Industry exhibition in China with most participants. CWS 2009, The 10^th China Water Show for Water Supply, Drainage and Water Treatment was successfully held in Intex Shanghai and Shanghai Mart, April 28-30.2009, it has attracted 756 exhibitors and over 32,128 professional visitors from 23 countries and the exhibition area reached 35,000 sqm with 1570 stands.

IFAT CHINA

IFAT, organized by Messe München International (MMI), is not only the top environmental protection show in the world but also acts as the flagship show for the environmental protection industry with more than 40 years of history. In 2004, IFAT CHINA was debuted in Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).
Adapting the professional exhibition operation and management mode from MMI, IFAT CHINA has become one of the best environmental protection shows in China. In 2008, IFAT CHINA attracted 362 exhibitors and over 10,572 professional visitors from 25 countries and the exhibition area reached 18,000 sqm.
