2009.09.18
What are the benefits from this cooperation for exhibitors and visitors?
IFAT CHINA and CWS are two strong trade fairs for environmental and water technology, one for the Chinese national market and one for international markets. A combined event, called CWS 2010, will offer valuable orientation for the sector in the face of a growing number of water events in the Asian region. The industry will therefore have the opportunity of focusing its marketing activities on a single, strong exhibition. Exhibitors and visitors will find a wide range of innovative, application-specific products and services, and meet important representatives from the industry, all in one place, at one time – in a compact, efficient forum.
When and where does the next event take place?
The next event takes place under the name of CWS 2010 from 5 to 7 May 2010 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. An added bonus for exhibitors and visitors is EXPO 2010, which is taking place in parallel with the fair, opening on 1 May. CWS , with its focus on environmental topics, aligns very well with the motto of EXPO 2010, which is 'Better City, Better Life'.
Will there be any changes to the concepts behind IFAT CHINA and CWS as a result of the cooperation?
The concepts of both fairs will be continued under a single roof. Thanks to the strong international position of IFAT CHINA and the strong national profile of CWS, the two trade fairs truly complement each other both in terms of exhibitor and visitor target groups. ICWS is therefore responding to the ever growing demand from the Chinese market – both fairs have enjoyed strong expansion in recent years. The CWS 2010 cooperation will ensure a strong leadership position in the market.
Will the event duration change?
